Terms

Order Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation to your email. There you will find all information concerning your order. Always check your confirmation and contact us immediately if any mistakes. Email to ceannisshop@ceannis.com. Please save this confirmation as a reference for any contact with our customer service.

Delivery

The package will always be delivered to the nearest delivery point or directly in your postbox, depending on the size of the package and in which country you live in.

Free delivery. Shipping cost outside of Sweden will vary depending on the country.


Price and payment  

The stated price includes VAT by 25%. All goods belong to Ceannis until full payment has been received. If you are under 18 years old, the goalkeeper's permission must be available at ceannis.com.

Offers Special offers are valid as long as stock lasts. We reserve ourselves for possible lack of stock, which may result in partial deliveries. Contact us if you wish to cancel your final balance, or if you have other questions about delivery times etc.

Unclaimed package

Unclaimed goods will be charged by 250 SEK. The fee corresponds to the cost of the item's expedition fee, return freight and handling. If you canceled your order after the package has been sent from us, you will need to pick up the package and send it back to us. Return address will be found under the heading "Exchange and Return Policy". If the package is not retrieved, it will be automatically registered as unpaid and charged accordingly.

Card payment - smooth and secure

Credit card payments are handled by our payment partner DIBS to ensure fast and secure payment. Security is one of the most important cornerstones of DIBS solutions. DIBS is certified by both Swedish and foreign banks and card companies. All information relating to your payment is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). When making your payment with DIBS your card information is neither registered nor stored by Ceannisshop.se. DIBS who handle your card information meets the requirements of PCI-DSS. Klarna invoice  

If you choose to pay via invoice, it will be sent to your specified email address. The invoice is due within 14 days from the date of payment and a billing fee of SEK 29 is added according to Klarna's current terms. Upon purchase, we reserve the right to make a credit statement through Klarna AB. Companies wishing to purchase for a higher amount are welcome to contact us on 08-545 895 80. Privacy Act

Your personal data are protected by the Personal Data Act. This act is based on EU directives from 1995 and aims to increase the protection of private individuals' privacy with regards to the increased number of records and compilations? stored electronically. According to the Personal Data Act, we must ask you to consent to processing data about you. All personal data that you provide to us or which we may receive when you sign up for purchase or visit our website will be processed by Ceannis as a personal data controller. The information will be used to enable us to fulfill our commitments to you when purchasing.

On our side, we also need to transfer this information to our partners. The information is collected from the Customer to be able to make a purchase, and will be used for this purpose only, and will not be distributed to any third party except when your order is processed. Delivery address and delivery terms are information that only our shipping partner and our suppliers can share. In practice, this kind of information is beyond our direct control. You will always be able to access the personal information that is registered about you. If they are incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may change the information as well as choose to remove them.

Right of transit and return

You have full return and replacement right within 14 days of receipt of the goods, provided you have not used the goods and returned in undamaged condition.

All labels should remain on the goods. All goods returned must be packed in a bag or carton. In order for the return to be approved, the returned item must be in an unchanged condition. The product should be packaged well, preferably in its original packaging with its inner packaging and include any accessories that came with the product. Transport damage due to insufficient packaging is charged to you as a customer. We ask you to include the order confirmation or a copy of the invoice, which speeds up the handling of your return. Ceannis is not responsible for return shipping and wont bare the freight cost. Ceannis assumes no responsibility for transport damage due to poor packaging on return.

Refusal and notice

At Ceannis.com, you as a customer always have 14 days to withdrawal after receipt of the goods in accordance with distance and home sales law. If you regret your purchase, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. In order to handle your case more quickly, please provide the following information: Order number, invoice number, title of the products you want to return. Please note that it is not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal not to pick up a package or not to receive a delivery.

Complaint

When handling complaints, consumer purchases law is applied. Should the product be damaged or otherwise defective or if you have received an incorrect quantity or product, please contact us immediately by sending an email to ceannisshop@ceannis.com. Enter your name, order number and explain your matter. Replacement delivery is of course completely free of charge for you. Remember to pack the item well when returning. Goods returned to postage or recovery will not be triggered by us, which means that the customer will be charged the amount. Once we have received the goods and approved the complaint, the goods will be refunded.

Reservations

We reserve ourselves for final sales and that goods can be removed from our product range. We cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. We also reserve for any printing errors on this website. We reserve the right to adjust prices and any price errors.


Force Majore

Ceannis.com is exempt from penalties for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement if the failure is due in liberating circumstances as described below and the circumstance prevents, obstructs or delays completion. As a liberating circumstance, government action or failure, new or amended legislation, labor market conflict, blockade, fire, flood, tampering, major accident or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes government decisions that affect market and products negatively, for example restrictions on indication, warning texts, sales prohibition etc., abnormal decline in the market and whether the company has been designated as criminal activity that affects the business.

Dispute

In case of any dispute we will follow the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board.
